Worlds cheapest car

India's Tata Motors has unveiled the world's cheapest car.

It has a 1,250 euro fine tag that suddenly possession into the range of tens of heaps across the world.

While the expense has created a buzz, critics say the Tata Nano will lead to oodles more cars previously closed Indian , tally to mounting air and clatter pollution problems.

Others have said Tata will have to detriment condition and care principles to meet the bull price.

But company chairman Ratan Tata said the car would be the smallest polluting car on Indian roads.

He said it would meet vital welfare standards.

"I observed families riding on two-wheelers - the father forceful the , his young kid upright in front of him, his wife behind him bond a diminutive baby," he said.

"It led me to wonder whether one apprehend of a safe, affordable, all-meteorological conditions form of carriage for such a family. Tata Motors' and gave all for about four years to realise this goal.

"Today, we really have a People's Car, which is affordable and yet built to meet security requirements and emission norms, to be fuel inexpensive and low on emissions.

"We are happy to existing the People's Car to India and we hope it brings the joy, pride and convenience of owning a car to many who need personal success."
